Our training concept

In other institutes a typical Cisco CCNA-training is based on 2 x 5 day classes, which usually starts at 10:00 a.m. on the first training day (Monday) and ends at around 2:00 p.m. on the last day, which is a Friday. During the training week, a class day usually ends at 5:00 p.m. As a result, the participants have about 32 hours of training per course week and receive a maximum of 64 hours of training during these 2 weeks.

By comparison, our average course participant receives a training volume of 120+ hours over 3 weeks. This is more than twice the amount of training hours. Due to the higher numbers of hours, we can concentrate more intensively on the theory, so that we are able to do additional labs and exercises during the training.

Another element of our training concept is that we go through the exam preparation together with the students, which gives us the opportunity to discuss exam questions, have the students understand them and gain additional confidence for their Cisco exams.

Our training approach

The students will be supported intensively during their stay with us, so that they can focus on the training and passing of the subsequent certification exam.

Terms of payment: We request a deposit of one training week per student. If the class is only for one week, the deposit will be 50%. Once we have received the deposit the training seat reservation for the student is guaranteed. The rest of the fees are due during the 1st week of the training. In case that the complete training fees are paid together with the deposit (in one lump sum), a cash discount of 2% will be granted.

Cancellations: A written cancellation up to 14 days before the class begins is free of charges. Cancellation within 14 days before class begin will be charged with 30% of the deposit. In case of cancellation on the first day of class or non-attendance the whole amount of the class price is due.
